Liked: It was right in the city center and very convient for eating and shopping. It is a beautiful piece of architecture with a nice breakfast, 24/7 coffee ☕ and a bar.

Liked: The location is far from the city center, but when I open the window, I can easily enjoy the beautiful mountain and sky scenery. The breakfast information was also very helpful - I had a delicious meal with blended flavors.
Disliked: I can hear some noise from other rooms, but it doesn't bother me. Also, since the location is far from the center, it's better to have a car when staying at this hotel.

Great stay, great staff, but...

Liked: The staff was great! Lola was so sweet and helpful when we arrived! Hotel was charming and historical. Location was great too.
Disliked: Finding the hotel by car was impossible! There is no signage in the front of the hotel that you can see from the street and you can’t turn left from the main street so there is nowhere to stop and unload your bags. We had to park the car on another block and walk around to find the hotel. They should be more transparent about this in the hotel property information and put adequate signage.

Liked: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless—clearly well-maintained and cleaned with care. What really stood out, though, was the architecture of the building. It’s absolutely beautiful, with elegant details that give it so much character and charm. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Disliked: I stayed at this hotel because I wanted to spend a day in The Hague, but upon arrival it turned out to be an old small hotel that is different from the photo. The hotel workers do their job extremely badly, they ignored a request to change the bed linen, which had someone's hair on it. But the worst thing is that the hotel administrator was racist and called the police 30 minutes later to my room simply because I am from Russia. When I asked for a refund, since my vacation was ruined after a scandal with him, I never received my money. Also, when checking in, they will willingly discuss you in Dutch, because they think that you do not understand them
