Disappointed, felt unwelcome

Liked: The location is good.
Disliked: There are broken things in the rooms that need sorting. The staff are not very friendly especially during check in and you feel very unwelcome. The food in the evening is overpriced when buffets are on, which is most of the time. The toilets do not flush properly in any of the rooms, unsure if this is water pressure but seems to be a problem in many of the rooms. The smoking area being right below some of the rooms is awful as you can either be roasting and close the window or you can have the room stink of smoke.

Liked: Very clean and airy loved the theme rooms and all the staff very helpful and pleasant
Disliked: When I arrived back on Friday evening to find that the bar was empty of alot of its drinks that was frustrating and they were winding the bar down to close early due to lack of drinks.

Liked: The room was large also the bed was nice and big. The TV was of good size and excellent for the Euro Women's Football
Disliked: Nothing stands out as poor

Dissappointing for numerous reasons

Liked: The evening staff at dinner were helpful and friendly. The location was good.
Disliked: Toilet did not flush properly, extremely low water pressure so had to try and flush toilet numerous times. The shower gel attachment was pulled off the wall. There needs to be general maintenance work done to the rooms. The rooms at the front of the hotel were very hot but with the windows open the whole room stinks of cigarette smoke as the smoking area is just below. The buffet meals are so expensive and you have to buy those as the main menu is off limits when a buffet is running. It also needs to be better advertised that there is no food Sunday evening, as I arrived Sunday evening and had a meeting and couldn't get any food in the hotel. I could have planned ahead if this was made clear to me.
