Okay. But difinetly not coming...

Liked: Staff are polite
Disliked: Cleanliness,cannot contact reception in the room, no hairdryer and no kettle. Air temperature in the rooms are cold.

Disappointing

Liked: Check in was meant to be at 2 pm, rooms were not ready until 5.30 pm. We had to wait in the lounge after coming from a long distance.
Disliked: Attitude of the staff was very disappointing, no apologies or reasonable reason provided for being late. We travelled with 4 other families, they confirmed that the rooms will be together but the rooms were here and there,making it very difficult for us. Not recommended for groups.

Wonderful stay

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at ibis. I came across some negative reviews and honestly, I don’t understand what people expect for $119. The hotel has friendly staff, a lovely breakfast, a good-sized room, and both the AC and TV were working perfectly. The room was clean and comfortable. What more can you ask for at this price?

Disappointing

Liked: The room was a good size comfortable & bed also . Good choice for breakfast but always the hot food was warm or cold.
Disliked: The door rattling in the wind,staff understanding English as most this was not there 1st language.Not cleaning room when requested given plenty of notice. The remotnest of the Hotel nearest public transport over 5km away. The hot food at breakfast was either warm or cold. Bar & restaurant shut at 8:30 PM.

Liked: Property was value for money
Disliked: We requested for a room service and informed the reception to replace the towels. This was not attended to. Wifi speeds were so slow we couldn’t use it for most of the things.

Usually okay but maybe not...

Liked: Good location, spacious room, good parking.
Disliked: Quite a lot of noise at night. People coming home late. Also, “dog friendly” didn’t say $30 extra per day for cleaning. The dog used no linen, no crockery, no Manchester. If the dog had caused damage etc we would have paid. Not sure how the extra charge is calculated and what it is actually based on. Being advertised as dog friendly means what? There were no obvious signs or facilities for dogs. It did feel like fee for no service. In addition the a/c in the room sounded like an aircraft approaching the runway. Very noisy.

Liked: The room was good, the food was nice and the check in/out process was smooth. The staff were friendly
Disliked: No room service (you have to ask for it), and there weren't enough towels for the room. The price that we paid at the front was more than what we booked on the site
