Pathetic customer service at both...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Arrived to be told there was an issue with booking.com and that there wasn't actually a room available to us. 36wks pregnant and stuck 3.5hrs from home with nowhere to stay. Booking.com offered us a hostel as it was the only room available at 6pm. After being on hold to booking.com for over 2hrs decided to drive an extra hour to yass for a room. Ibis styles was still showing up as available on all booking sites. Have emailed the manager multiple times with no response.

Ok for a night, but...

Liked: Had everything you needed. Clean.
Disliked: Uncomfortable bed. A school trip was staying at the same time so very noisy. Not sure why they would put a family so close to a school group. Terrible instructions to find room.

Disliked: Room 260 Shower Head needs replacing

Disliked: The place was dirty we had to change rooms because of the horrible smell like some thing was dead. We booked with two beds as I was with my elderly father. Only one bed was made in the first room. Our next room the curtains couldn't shut properly as the hooks were broken. There were dust webs everywhere the bathroom was dirty. We went to organise tea to find that the restaurant is no longer open on weekends even though it says it is on all websites and sign out the front. Then I go to make my Dad a cup of tea and the milk was lumpy.Staff really didn't seem to care about any of the issues as they were busy with 6 coach loads of school children

Liked: The heating was very good and there were many bathing and grooming accessories provided.The bunk bed is very attractive for kids and helps free up space.
Disliked: A small microwave would be a great add on to the accomodation.
