Liked: Central location and friendly staff at the reception.
Disliked: Outdated and small room. Not the standard or appearance of an IBIS Styles hotel (stayed in many others before).

Disliked: Reception service. Too interested in watching TV and eating dinner

Liked: Great location to visit this beautiful city. Staff were very friendly and helpful; breakfast was substantial and excellent value. Room was clean and adequate; bed was really comfortable.
Disliked: Parking arrangements were convenient but rather expensive which adds to the overall cost of the visit. Only to be expected for a location so close to the centre, but still a bit of a pain.

Liked: The room was brilliant a very lovely surprise to have a balcony over the street. Beds very comfortable. Great shower. Staff very lovely and very knowledgeable and helpful
Disliked: The breakfast was a bit basic; having hot food, such as scrambled eggs, hot pancakes would have been nicer but the food that was available was good and we loved the loose leaf tea options

Liked: Perfect downtown location. The staff were very helpful to arrange parking. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: Breakfast room not big enough to accommodate large groups at one time.
