Liked: The room was clean and welcoming. The staff were beautiful. Our stay was quiet and welcoming
Disliked: We were told we had a dinner reservation. However, when we arrived, the restaurant was closed all day... They didn't do breakfast (besides an overcharged toast or cereals).

Disliked: We were offered a complimentary breakfast with the room however when we checked out we were charged for tea, coffee and fruit juices. There was no mention that these were not included in the complementary breakfast as you would expect. So altho we enjoyed the stay this left us feeling disappointed. Also we were there in the summer and weirdly there was no shade supplied next to the pool so it was too hot to sit there as it’s in the carpark surrounded by concrete! Even just a couple of umbrellas would have been easy to provide
