Enjoyable and comfortable

Liked: Very comfortable bed. Room small but adequate.
Disliked: Was a water hammer when shutting water off which was quite loud and lasted some time.

Overall very pleasant!

Liked: The location was excellent and within walking distance of majority of things I wanted to do as well as being easy access for Ubers/taxis. Very clean and comfortable, and the parking deal with Uptown was an added bonus.
Disliked: Service for check-in was very busy but even so it was slower than I would have expected, and the lifts were confusing for someone who’d never stayed in a hotel with lifts requiring your room key to work. There were no instructions given and I rode one lift up and down before luckily finding some friendly guests in another lift who helped. I found the whole experience amusing but on the other hand it would be nice to have some guidance.

Better than expected

Liked: We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our room. It was very clean, bed was comfortable and the hotel is very central to everything.
Disliked: We stayed on the 6th floor and could easily hear the ambulance/police sirens & street noise from our room. Really didn't bother us but just something to note.
