Romantic Stay with an Unforgettable...

Liked: The view from the accommodation was simply breathtaking — overlooking South Bank, the bridge stretching across the river, and the glowing lights of the beautiful Ferris wheel.From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff at reception. I didn’t catch her name, but she was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home.The room was spotless and very well-maintained. The Wi-Fi connection was quick and easy to use.We had made a special request for wine glasses and ice in advance, and they kindly prepared everything and brought it to our door right on time for check-in — such a thoughtful touch.It’s definitely a place we’d love to return to.
Disliked: Slippers and a bathrobe would have been a nice addition to make the stay even more comfortable
