Ideal city break stay

Liked: Comfortable and well placed near a tram line for exploring the city. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing specific. Some light traffic noise at busy times but not disturbing.

The rooms were just okay...

Disliked: Poor maintenance. Toilets, no coffee maker in the room. Reception guy Jordan was rude. Air conditioners didn’t work

Liked: The hotel is quiet and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is basic continental but the quality is good. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was quite hot and stuffy and the building’s air conditioning was not switched on. The location was fine for my purpose but is quite far from the centre.
