Pleasant good value hotel

Liked: Breakfast was plentiful and open for good hours, rooms were comfortable and soundproof
Disliked: No “hot” option at breakfast but wasn’t really expected so not an issue

Dirty and uncomfortable

Liked: Nothing. Smelt bad and had the fell of a prison
Disliked: Breakfast...... couldn't get a coffee. Everything tasted like moka

Great Find and Location

Liked: Friendly staff. Spotless clean, new rooms. A bit small, but absolutely fine for an overnighter. Just across the street from the Bordeaux St Jean station. VERY convenient location.Normal check in as early as noon, and check out as late as noon!!A very hearty, good quality breakfast in pleasant surroundings with a great coffee machine. Great Find.

Disliked: Shower area of room 228 needs a deep clean and re-grout

Although a convenient location the...

Liked: Location close to station was convenient. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: This twin room was very small for 2 adults with the beds pushed together. The room overlooked a main road so traffic noise including the trams was unpleasant and meant we needed to keep the window closed. Air con worked but fresh air would have been preferable.
