Depressing.

Liked: Proximity to airport was good.Quiet room.Shuttle service to airport.Good cup of tea at breakfast and fresh orange juice.
Disliked: Room and all areas of the are tired and in need of modernisation.Only body wash in the bathroom.The majority of breakfast items were not covered and there were wasps landing and feeding on the jams and sweet items.The bistro was closed on the Sunday.The outside area was in need of new furniture and needed cleaning.There were cigarette ends dotted all over the terrace.The tables were dirty.

Perfect for a quick night...

Liked: Close to the airport, tram to go there takes 5 minutes from the airport. Clean, 24 hours reception, we arrived late but someone was there , staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fresh and good variety, good mattress.

Pleasant convenient stay. Close to...

Liked: We were arriving about 10 am from a ship and the hotel had said they would store our luggage until our room was ready.. There was a tram stop right across from the hotel and our plan was to go back down to the heart of Bordeaux for the day. A very pleasant lady , who spoke good English, told us our room was ready upon our arrival at 10 am so we were able to leave our luggage in our room and go downtown. There was a nice restaurant in the hotel and we ate dinner out in the garden. There was a very good continental breakfast in the morning and a shuttle to take us to the airport which was 5 minutes away. Very pleasant stay
Disliked: No stability bars in the bathroom for my husband who is disabled so he wasn't able to shower.

Disliked: The shower was IN the bedroom, which caused mould in the corners due to lack of ventilation.

Hotel location near the airport...

Liked: Air condition room in the heat was most welcome, shower was excellent though could have done with a bigger screen to prevent splashing the floor. Also shuttle from hotel to airport excellent service.
Disliked: Longer stay if we had the time.

Liked: breakfast was amazing, plus the terrace outside for breakfast was the nicest part of the hotel.
Disliked: the room was pretty old and deco was off.

Liked: Nice staff, clean rooms.
Disliked: Only a small amount of toilet paper available. Air conditioning old not that cooling and loud.

Only great for the night...

Liked: The staff were really helpful, the bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the breakfast plentiful. We particularly appreciated the free shuttle to the airport, the garden seating area for breakfast.
Disliked: The place is tired, bordering on shabby. The aircon struggles to get below warm. The restaurant is closed over the weekend.
