Overall comfy stay. Nice breakfast and liked the free hot drinks.

Liked: Comfy room. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Having to pay for breakfast. It should be included in the price!

Beds; rooms; staff all excellent.

Liked: Perfect location for venue and restaurants/ bars.
Disliked: No fridge . Breakfast buffet not very nice! Bigger towels.

Disliked: The bed I slept in was broken and uncomfortable and dipped in the middle so didn’t sleep great but if this wasn’t an issue would have been a higher score.

Budget hotel with superior service!

Liked: I was very impressed with the hotel, staff and location. The rain shower was amazing with lot of water pressure! The front staff were very helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to Glenn & Angelica.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

I don’t like the stay

Disliked: I didn’t like washroom and the lighting system the bed was uncomfortable seems like two single mattress join together to make a double mattress.

Very good hotel well located...

Liked: The hotel is well located in Birmingham centre. The breakfast is good with a great variety of foods. In addition, we could have all the day some coffee or tea free of charge.The bedroom is large and quite silent. Bed are good and the equipment are complete.Good ratio price and quality.
Disliked: I booked the hotel with the breakfast included and they insist by sayiing it was not include. I showed my booking in french and they told me a little bit rudely they don't ask french.After a certain time, they said the breakfast was included without any apologies. This is the only problem I met.
