Fantastic staff, high quality hotel...

Liked: An issue arose but was dealt with superbly by the manager. I was upset at losing a room that was booked, but due to a flood in a room, we were moved to a similar but smaller room. The ‘new’ room was superb though. We were given complimentary drinks and the staff were all excellent. Would seriously recommend this little gem - staff, hotel and value - all top quality - my two kids loved it too ‘best hotel ever!’
Disliked: The hot food selection was limited, and could have been hotter. Otherwise, all delicious.

Liked: Liked the location. The room was roomy and very comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast room was a bit busy and not much room to sit and move about.

Ideal

Liked: Great location easy to get to, only 5 mins walk into the centre where there are lots of bars and restaurants. Large, bright, clean hotel with a nice bar (didn't eat here but had a drink). Room was ok sized with a very comfy bed. Surprisingly quiet seeing as its on a fairly busy road. Secure parking (ideal for our very large car) right next to the hotel €10 for the night (reception sorts out the payment). Very nice buffet style breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing- i'd stay here again.

Disliked: We may be thick, but we couldn’t get the heating and cooling to work. It seemed to be preset.
