Liked: The rooms and hotel were clean . Location was also good for what we required.
Disliked: Once breakfast was over there was very little available in terms of food and the pizza that was on offer was heated in a microwave for €13 .

Liked: The parking garage was spacious.
Disliked: I got a room with a water leak (wet carpet), but they couldn't do anything for me because they were fully booked. No refund. I didn't even get a receipt at the end, because the person handling the counter didn't know how to print it. They promised to send it by email the same day, but that never happened, even though I sent a reminder the same evening. Really bad for business travellers. When they got me an new room after 2 wet nights I gave them my luggage in the morning and the girl at the counter in the evening had no idea where my luggage was and needed to hunt it. Bad internal communication obviously. Every day a new person at the counter that didn't know what happened before.
