we had a really nice stay in Adelaide, unfortunately the only down side was the room next door to ours had about 5 fema

Great location for exploring Adelaide.

Liked: The locaation of the accomodation was great. We spent quite a bit of time at Port Adelaide. However the site is nicely situated in easy access to the city, some of the wineries as well as port adelaide. It took us a couple of days to realise there were two vehicular exits from the site onto main roads. This was not an issue, but something to look for when going to the site.
Disliked: Not a lot. The aircon worked well as well as tea making facilities. There was a bit of traffic noise in our room, however we were near the intersection of 2 significant roads. The was still quite tollerable. We would stay there again.
