Excellent service and perfect location

Liked: Location with secure onsite parking close to the cruise terminal. Staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Bathroom a little shabby

Never again

Liked: The foyer being cooler than the hotel.
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable. One pillow each. The room is too small for 2 people to move around at the same time. No air conditioning, which was shocking on the day we stayed, as it was 30 degrees. The windows do not happen very much. Breakfast was average, no one to ask about allergies etc.

A bed for the night...

Liked: Efficient check-in, comfortable but small room - OK for one night. Very good breakfast compared to similar hotels
Disliked: Overpriced - I guess it's because of the convenience of being close to the cruise ships. Any warmer and the lack of A/C would have become an issue
