Liked: Have stayed at Ibiz Southampton on several occasions and always found it to be comfortable and friendly however on this occasion the room allocated to us was very small and dark with single beds that were extremely uncomfortable.Staff polite and room was clean.
Disliked: Uncomfortable beds small dark room.

Fuss free and very comfortable.

Liked: Comfy room. Fresh and clean.
Disliked: Breakfast could have more to choose from. Especially the continental breakfast.

Great service at the Ibis...

Liked: The hotel was clean, comfortable and very close to our cruise terminal.The staff were very courteous, polite and friendly. One member of staff was exceptional, her name is Eleanor. She is a credit to your company, she was friendly, chatty without being over familiar, and she made us feel very welcome, a big shout out to Eleanor, thank you!
Disliked: Their was nothing we didn't like!

Good standard hotel

Liked: Location in respect of train station and cruise port and West Quay shopping centre. Friendly and helpful staff.

Liked: It's an okay stay. The location is excellent, close to cruise port but not within walking distance.
Disliked: The room is very simple and dated.

Liked: Ideally situated close to train, port, old town. Staff were amazing, very friendly and extremely helpful.
