Liked: Like the location, very good prices for a 1 night stay as it was less than 5 minutes from where we needed to be, staff were friendly
Disliked: Beds and pillows were uncomfortable, cleaners can in twice once at 7am and again at 9:30am wasn’t happy about that though.

Room was awful

Liked: Room 308 house all time behind bed wall on roof .bathroom wasdisgusting toilet mouldy wallpaper falling off and stained limescale everywhere needs removing . Wi does mouldy black mould stains and locks did not lock properly. Room was cold. I stay here 8 times a year one night for ship cruise rooms have gone downhill and up in price u may not stay here again.

Liked: The staff were friendly, the location is good and the room was cheap
Disliked: We stayed in an accessible room, however the room was tiny and the bed was practically up against the wall. We had to put a chair in front of the door to put medical equipment on as there was no space for a bedside table. The bathroom was a fair size but the shower flooded the room. I won’t be keen to return.

If you want somewhere close...

Liked: It was very convenient for all that we wanted to see. Staff were nice and the room was clean.
Disliked: Would have preferred a walk in shower and the shower attachment in the bath didn’t move so you had to be a midget to use it. Parking cost £12.50 which was a bit excessive - think it should have been cheaper as you’re staying there.
