I loved my stay

Liked: Good location. Overlooking the quay.close to shops and restaurants. Clean comfortable room. Good lighting
Disliked: Narrow lift. Felt claustrophobic when riding up with my bag. Did not use it a again.

Liked: Great location for central Southampton, not far from train station and shops/restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were all friendly & welcoming. Breakfast was tasty, good choice.
Disliked: Only thing I didn’t like was the cloth shower curtain in the bathroom - absolutely nothing wrong with it (it was clean and in good condition) - they are just a pet hate of mine as they stick to you when you’re trying to take a shower!We could have done with a couple of hand towels - we only had a bath towel each.
