Liked: Friendly, helpful staff; round the corner from city centre.

Stayed here with my daughter for one night while attending a concert at the Motorpoint Arena. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The 24/7 snack menu didnt give many choices although breakfast was an all you can eat buffet and very nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff; lovely, clean room; very close to the venue and easy to reach and find as well. I'd recommend it to anyone and go back there myself when next in Sheffield at a show.

Liked: Room suitable for a disabled person such as myself, with seatin the walk in shower
Disliked: Could have done with a cushion to sit on the chair. I am honey and sitting on a totally hard surface is uncomfortable

Disliked: The hotel was great but for some reason the place was apsolutley boiling hot all the time im thinking maybe a damp issue so they have to have the heating on high all the time other than that was great

Cheap, good sized room but...

Liked: Good sized room for the price and lovely hot, powerful shower.
Disliked: Location was awful! Did not feel safe leaving or returning to the hotel. Pillows were really hard. Room VERY warm even with window open.

Good value budget stay

Liked: Good value for money. Great staff. Clean and a good breakfast offering.
Disliked: Lacking some amenities, such as an ironing board. Room smelt of smoke from a previous guest although this was addressed well by the staff. There was no air conditioning and the room got very hot at times. The area immediately around the hotel isn’t the nicest place to walk around in the dark.

Liked: Very clean, convenient location, excellent service and good friendly team

Disliked: The bathroom was not clean, the room smelled from the bins outside, the mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. There was loud banging going on throughout the night, with no attempts from staff to see to it.
