Passable - just about!

Liked: Good Location and cost effective.
Disliked: Very old and needs a major upgrade - no air conditioning in the room which was very warm - too warm to sleep.

Liked: I have stayed here many times over the years mainly because the location works for me. This is truly a business hotel. There are no frills at all, but I have to say the rooms are small but always clean. The staff are very polite and helpful. Parking is a bit limited. Breakfast is a bit so so...but the restaurant in the evening is really good. I will be staying here again when I am in the region.
Disliked: Breakfast not so special.
