Hotel ibis Rouen Sud Zénith is ideally located opposite the Zénith and Exhibition Park in the south of Rouen. It is 4.3 mi from the city center and offers private parking and Wi-Fi. Good location with secure parking

Liked: Been there many times and always good, although I don’t think the breakfast was as good as usual.No English breakfast tea for one thing.

Perfectly adequate stopover.

Liked: Location with secure parking. Quick access to the city by bus directly in front of the hotel. Well located for local craft beers and Italian restaurant just a few mins walk. Lovely comfortable beds. We all slept great.
Disliked: The breakfast is quite basic, more what you might expect in an extreme budget hotel chain. Poor quality bread. Options are not good.Also a large group of noisy guests in the lobby with their barking dog.

Happy we tried out IBIS...

Liked: This hotel has everything you need and most importantly a super comfortable bed. From a bar to a limited but quality small meals menu to a great breakfast and really thoughtful sustainability initiatives, and a reasonable sized (albeit on the small size- but workable) we are now a convert to IBIS Styles having previously tried IBIS and decided not to repeat the experience.
Disliked: No EV charger.
