Great place to stay, just...

Liked: Front desk staff were excellent, great English and very helpful.
Disliked: I had a problem finding the car park as the entrance to the hotel car park is just to the right of the front of the hotel and the road going along the front is one way, (so if you miss it, it’s a full trip round the block and back to the roundabout)! Very fortunate that there was street parking all the way along from the hotel and a small car park as well and all free parking!

Liked: Staff were accommodating with Gluten Free breakfast, extra pillow's as 2 of us are disabled and were in a lot of pain after a 9 hour drive, even gave us options of watching the football in the bar. Friendly staff, comfy bed and parking.
Disliked: Little dusty in places and the surrounding area bit run down, but in a busy city and money wise perfect. A kettle and hot drink facilities in the room would have been perfect as being autistic and also in pain, I didn't want to people and go downstairs.

Disliked: The restaurant was closed to hotel guests due to outside bookings. This was despite asking if it was open as this was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel! They did this to us on both visits. Will think twice about booking with Ibis again

Ok hotel to sleep only.

Disliked: We paid extra for breakfast and we were informed there is a big group staying and we should come later in the morning for breakfast. Based on their advice coming later for breakfast but there was basically no breakfast options available. They did not want to give my money back for breakfast. Don't book breakfast at the hotel. Better to find a place outside the hotel for breakfast.
