An okay value for money

Liked: Good location, breakfast was better than other places in France. Nice breakfast staff. Low price.
Disliked: The reception staff was not welcoming at all, she seemed to not like her job so much. The room was okay, but the carpets looked dirty even though they might not be. A bit noise from the hall and other rooms, isolation not too good.

We stayed for one night...

Liked: Location is superb. So close to the train station and city center as well.
Disliked: Room and toilet are really tiny.

Disliked: Difficult to find and then park… had to park in station car park costing 15e.No tea or coffee facilities in room.

Liked: The location is central, right next to the train station and only 5 to 10 minute walk to fun things to do.The sheets were good (after a room switch) and the bed was comfortable.The service was friendly and professional.
Disliked: The carpet had so many stains and the pattern didn't help either.The first room we were given had hair on the bed, the sheets had two holes and the bathroom had pink stains at the bottom of the shower door.I spoke to the check-in and they were kind enough to give us another room. In the second room, the bed was clean and the sheets didn't have any holes. The carpet still had a lot of stains and the bathroom was also not in its best shape. There was mold around the window and in the shower. We have stayed at other B&B properties and this was by far the worst. For the price we paid (135€) I would have expected less stains and a cleaner bathroom.
