Nice budget hotel - take...

Liked: Nice clean hotel, as all Ibis seem to be.Friendly staff.
Disliked: Walls very thin, so could hear everyone both sides and above during the night.

For the simple traveler who...

Liked: This place is exactly halfway between a hostel and a hotel, with basic rooms and baths, but clean and well provisioned. The bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was generous even in French terms with breads, eggs, fruit, cereal, cheese and coffee/tea.
Disliked: The bath was quite small, which is common in less expensive European hotels. Plan your shower to work triangular space. A little more lighting would have been helpful.

A great short stop for...

Liked: The staff were great - but all very busy, so we needed to wait to be seen or served. The Amenities were great - especially for a family. And the decor was really cool. Lots of things to do in the evening to keep the kids busy. Breakfast was good and the rooms were fine. A bit of a tight squeeze and a strange layout. But all clean and very satisfactory. It was also quiet so we slept well.
Disliked: The reception area to check in was a man at a table stood up, so we weren’t sure how to check in at first. I thought he was just in working but not for the hotel. But the staff were friendly. At breakfast I wasn’t able to get a cup and cover to take away, which would have been nice as we had a long drive to do. Location is good, but be careful of the car park beside the station as we saw some unsavoury characters trying to break into cars.

Liked: Nice lobby, friendly staff, good location
Disliked: Rooms (incl bathrooms) are terribly small, as well as the bed. Breakfast was okay, but certainly not great.

Liked: Location right beside train station.
Disliked: Lack of variety for food in the evenings.

Good hotel in the good...

Liked: Good location, breakfast, service and staff
Disliked: When the wind blew, the window frame emitted a whistling sound resembling buzzing. It was difficult to fall asleep because of this.
