Disliked: I had a rental car which I had to park in a Wilson's car park at $20 a day extra , my fault for not looking into it before I booked. Also I had a bone graft on my gum and couldn't eat anything that pretty much I couldn't swallow for a few days so I asked the kitchen if they could do some scrambled eggs or something similar, the flat answer was no , I can only order from the menu . I don't usually complain about places I stay at , I just never go back if I'm not happy.

Convenient, friendly and great location.

Liked: Location for the RAC arena , plenty of restaurants, very quiet at night for a hotel in inner city, no traffic noise from our room. Parking was convenient, next door but price set by hotel . Staff were lovely and very helpful. No plastic bottles but complimentary water downstairs, which is great. So bring your own refill bottle. Oh and the best pillows! Everything worked.
Disliked: A compact, more budget hotel but it suited our purposes.
