Very pleasant stay at a...

Liked: We had a very nice stay in this hotel! Location was perfect, close to Metro station Pigalle and close to Sacre Coeur and lots of nice restaurants (also for breakfast). The bed was perfect and so comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We had room number 12, which had a door to 11 so if needed you can book two connected rooms. However, because of this door, we could hear the television in room 11 very well. Or maybe it was just very loud ;) Luckily, we only noticed this once.

Small but neat room in...

Liked: When we arrived there was a little confusion about our booking being a room for two, despite previous email communication confirming it was for two. We had a great service though from most of the staff we met, and some exceptional service from a younger man who was proactive and helpful.
Disliked: The initial confusion, that was partly our own fault, though the email messages we exchanged in advance didn't seem to have been taken into account. Staff service after our initial arrival made up for it though.

Disliked: Minor issue of no iron in the room and noise from the road.

Liked: Great location near Mortmatre, breakfast was pretty good. Bathroom facilities very good. Good view.
Disliked: Air conditioning wasn't working so we had to have windows open all night overlooking a very noisy road so we didn't sleep well.
