Generally, it's a good and...

Liked: The location was good, close to Montmartre and metro stations. Beds were comfortable and clean, perfect for a few nights where you're mostly out during the day and just need to get good rest when you're in the hotel.
Disliked: The area felt dangerous during the night. The moment we left Montmartre and entered the streets closer to the main road, it was very sketchy. It is a busy road, but I wouldn't want to wait around alone in the streets, it feels like you have to keep moving until you reach the hotel. For a three star hotel, we were also expecting if not a kettle and some tea, at least a couple of glasses to drink water. The room was nice and clean, but there was a strange smell coming from the toilet, although in appearance it looked clean. Also there was no lining in the bin. We don't know if the glasses and plastic bag were overlooked, but they would have added to the look of the room.

Liked: Cosy and modern minimalistic. Nice stuff! I got a bottle of wine because it was my 50th birthday - that was a very nice gesture:) Thanks a lot for that !

Liked: The staff are awesome. I appreciate their kindness and hospitality. I also liked the location, since it was within short walking distance to a bunch of nice cafes, restaurants and bars. These places were not tourists traps, because this is not really the touristy part of Montmartre.
Disliked: This place is a massive rip off. It is not a hotel, it is a glorified hostel with really bad soundproofing. That's almost too generous actually...I've stayed in a 4-bed hostel room in Amsterdam, and that place was better than this hotel. There are also a bunch of idiot guests being loud and smoking in the courtyard, not even considering that they would be negatively affecting the sleep of the other guests. Why the hell are they even allowed onto the internal courtyard at 2am?? What a joke. My A/C barely worked and usually blew hot air into the room. This is not the standard I'd expect for the price paid.

Disliked: The room was extremely small, with everything looking worn out and cheap. The overall condition gave off a neglected vibe. The worst part was the front desk staff — incredibly rude, unprofessional and behaved aggressively. One of them even grabbed a phone out of a my hand while recording impolite behavior saying my phone will be broken, which escalated to the point where we had to go to police to file a complaintWhen asked for their names, they refused to provide real identification.Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Stay away from this place.
