Located in the center of Paris just a 3-minute walk from Cadet Metro Station ibis Paris Opera La Fayette offers contemporary-style rooms and a 24-hour reception in the South Pigalle district. It is a 10-minute walk from both the Opéra Garnier Grands Boulevards and the Montmartre district. An LCD TV with satellite channels and air conditioning feature in all of the rooms at ibis Paris Opera La Fayette. All the air-conditioned rooms have access to the WiFi connection and some open onto a patio. Some rooms have a courtyard view. Meeting rooms are also provided. A buffet breakfast composed of sweet and savory dishes such as eggs fruit salad yogurts and juices is served every day. Exceptional

Liked: We were given a newly renovated room and it was wonderful! Very clean, all new fixtures and linens/towels, and still smelled freshly renovated. Very comfortable mattress. Windows opened to a small courtyard below which saved us from using the AC.

Very comfortable and value for...

Liked: Staff was very friendly and spoke English, the room was modern and more than sufficient for one person. Very quiet at night with blackout curtains, so sleep was not disturbed. Room had tea/coffee maker and a safe which was a bonus. TV had youtube access so it wasn't a problem that there weren't many English channels. Wifi speed was pretty good too. Also really convenient to have a lift in the hotel.
Disliked: The hand wash and body wash in the room were not refilled, but no big deal since I had mine, so I didn't bring it to anyone's notice. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so weekdays during the day there is some noise.

Pleasant

Liked: The room I was given was quiet, as I had requested, and had been refurbished. The shower takes some getting used to. The staff were very pleasant.
Disliked: The hotel is being refurbished and workmen walk through the breakfast area in their working clothes and shoes which is not hygienic. There is dust everywhere. The lift takes ages as customers and workmen are using it at the same time. There were fruit flies flying over the food. I have used this hotel before and the standard was higher. A discount would have been welcome

We had a wonderful stay...

Liked: Great location, amazing breakfast, and super friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate every request.
Disliked: There were ongoing renovations during our visit, and the presence of workers was a bit a disruptive at times, but overall a very pleasant experience.

Good location, clean

Liked: It would have been good to know that a renovation is going on.And getting a second duvet and cover was a pain.First evening I had to discuss with 4 staff members.Then it was taken away 3x during a 5 days stay. And each time I had to speak to minimum 3 people. Staff is friendly though
