Liked: Near to Zenith. The night personnel were professional and kind ( they helped us get the taxi at 1 a.m). Thank you to them.
Disliked: Very small rooms and bathrooms.The bridge going to Zenith is unsafe, no lights and home to squatters.

Disliked: Communication with the hotel staff proved to be challenging, even though one member of our group is fluent in French. Responses from your team—whether in French or English—were consistently unhelpful, dismissive, and lacking in empathy. The level of service provided was not in line with the rates being charged and there is a clear disconnect between the cost charged and the overall value received.All members of our group expressed dissatisfaction with several aspects of the stay. Most concerning were the poor room conditions and the unacceptable state of the bathrooms. It is evident that there is a drainage issue which requires urgent attention. Furthermore, the quality and presentation of the breakfast were well below the standard expected of even a 3-star hotel.

Liked: Good location, easy to get to. Some nice places to eat and drink nearby. Close to metro and bus stations. Rooms cleaned daily.
Disliked: The rooms are tiny and the bathroom was so small. Had to open the bathroom door to open the shower doors. Mattress was ok, but no headboard and the pillows looked good until you put your head on them- might as well not used them! Room was either boiling or freezing, no inbetween. Plug sockets were a bit dodgy too. There is absolutely no soundproofing and the other guests were obnoxiously loud; we were awake until 2am 3 out of 4 nights due to singing, shouting and doors slamming. I wouldn’t feel safe in this hotel if I was a solo traveller. The door has a lock but if someone uses a key card it automatically unlocks even if you twist the lock.
