Everything perfect except for staff...

Liked: The location was spectacular. Right across the Gare du Nord ao perfect for those travellers who need to take the train early in the morning.
Disliked: The lady staff when we checked in at 2am (our flight was delayed) was so unpleasant. She was rushing us through the check in and bag storage process so she could get back to using her phone.

Very handy for Gare du...

Liked: Location was great for TGV. Staff were helpful and accommodating - gave us a kettle for tea when we asked.
Disliked: The toilet in our room had a pretty bad smell - a shame as the rest of the room was fine. We had to keep the door tightly shut. The separate shower room was modern and clean.

Disliked: Uncomfortable bed, spartan, noisy AC, no coffee or tea facilities, no safe.

Well it was not worth...

Liked: The cleaners were good.
Disliked: Breakfast should have been included for the price we paid. Noise of the trains too much, no coffee ,kettle or tea making facilities. No glasses to drink, paper cups supplied a day later.No safe in room?
