Liked: Room was clean. Hotel Close to metro. That’s about it
Disliked: Hotel took money out my account without informing me. I had to then be reimbursed the monies once I checked out. Had to pay for an iron. When it said it was included in the room. No iron board.

Liked: Good, but the price is too high for that

Good value for money

Liked: The room was clean, with a small private bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is pretty good, 5 minutes away from the metro station and the area is pretty clam and safe.
Disliked: Our first night at the hotel we ran out of electricity. There were some issues in the area and our building and two other buildings were affected. We returned at the hotel around 9 PM and I asked about this issue at the reception. They said they spoke with the electricity company and it would be fixed in about two hours. The good part was we could still enter the rooms ( the key cards still worked). The bad part was we ended up not having electricity the entire night (it came back around 8 or 9 the following morning) - so we had no light, no WIFI, no air conditioning and we had to stay some extra time in the room after the electricity came back to charge our phones (as tourists, in a city we don't know, we didn't feel safe going out without charged phones).

Liked: The location
Disliked: The room (108) was located outside the main building which was a bit strange, the smell inside the room was horrible and internet wasn’t working at all…I asked to be changed room but they say it was fully booked. Not happy

Liked: Practical but boring room. Adequate standard for the price. It was in ok state, not too small and perfectly clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The area along Canal St Martin is fine. You can have a nice walk along the canal and there are cafées and restaurants. Otherwise the quarter is nothing special. To be in Paris it seems to be ok value for money.

Liked: Good metro connectivity with 2 nearby stations. Hotel provided option to store luggage after check out.
