Liked: The bed was cosy
Disliked: The reception staff are not very well clued on. I thought i had booked bed and breakfast. when we checked in I asked her about the breakfast facility. She told me where to go for breakfast. Next morning when we did go for breakfast. There was hardly anything there. Then the lady who was working at the reception came and told us that next time when we do have breakfast we have to inform them as they did not have enough food out there to cater for 3 of us. Then to be charged for 4 breakfasts when there was hardly much for us to eat. The receptionist at night should have told us that the booking was room only and we could have arranged for our breakfast and not get charged for breakfast when there was hardly any food laid out. In fairness there was a misunderstanding but when ever i have stayed in a hotel, they have always confirmed our booking. I thought it was quite rude and waste of money for us. Also i had booked 2 rooms with double beds. 1 Room had double bed which was so small could hardly walk round and the other room had 2 single beds. In my experience i definately wont be booking in this hotel. The shower in one of the rooms the door did not shut properly so water was coming out of the shower onto the floor.

Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable.Bathroom was tiny. Not enough towels. Hotel was very very hot - uncomfortably so. The room was overpriced for the quality.
