Disliked: The sclatore not working and have to go up with luggage and elevator dirty and urine smell

Liked: The hotel was close to a nice dining area, and other tourist attractions
Disliked: I had to wait on help a couple of times that never came, I ended up getting help in the end, and he was very helpful

Liked: Location was very good, near M14 metro station. Room was also good (for one or two people) and clean. I did not try the breakfast.
Disliked: The only thing that happened that let me a bit afraid was the fact that on the first day I was in my room and someone entered the room (she was given the "key" to the same room). In the next days, when I left the room for sightseeing, I always made sure to put important stuff in my suitcase with a locker, just in case this could happen again. So this made me feel not 100% comfortable.
