Great!

Liked: Facilities, cleanliness, quiet atmosphere.
Disliked: Not exactly a complaint because nothing wrong happened, but unfortunately there was a tent set up a few steps from the entrance door that seemingly belonged to a homeless person. I hope that a solution to that person's situation can be found.

An easy stay with very...

Liked: Great location for what we wanted to do in Paris (for the price). Very close to the metro (subway) but also easy enough to walk pretty much anywhere (we saw sights in both directions by walking - Tour Eiffel one way and Montmartre the other)
Disliked: It was hard to make space to open our suitcase in addition to being able to walk about the room (the bed takes up most of the room). But that wasn’t unexpected and was easily overcome by placing suitcases off to the side during use of the room.
