We really enjoyed our overnight stay. The snack bar/bar was open through the night and the staff were very helpful. The 12 noon checkout time was welcomed too. Had loads of time to shower and get our belongings together.

Liked: The staff were very helpful. It was very well situated for parking and the concert venue. The price was very reasonable too.
Disliked: The bed was a little firm personally but for one night it was fine.

Liked: Clean; staff friendly and helpful; very convenient to Motorpoint Arena.
Disliked: Strange smell on corridor of 2nd floor; parking sign needs to be more obvious; driving towards Ibis hotel you would not think to look up a side road to gain entrance to the car park. Information regarding parking for the hotel needs to make it clearer to drive up road opposite pub to get into car park.

The room was spacious and had good quality furnishings. Even though it was practically in the city there was little noise. The facilities were really good and simple to use. The staff were very helpful and friendly, providing an excellent service to make the experience even more pleasurable.

Has a bar and snacks 24 hours; 5 minutes walk to Capital FM Arena; close to shopping mall; lots of places to eat close by; couldn't fault it.
