Ok for 1 night.

Liked: Clean and located next to the tram stop. Perfect noise isolation with closed window.From the airport it takes 4 tram stops to get there.
Disliked: It was a room with very small window facing another building few meters away. When window is open you always hear the noise as if there is a tractor nearby - sounds of other people conditioners. Overall feeling as if you spend the night in a hole. Clean, everything was functional, but still a hole. Could be that 130 euro for Nice is a very low budget, but I expected a bit more for the price.

Liked: Pretty design, good sound insulation, decently equipped room, pleasant and helpful personel
Disliked: The room was clean except the floor and the toilet. The floor felt like it was not cleaned for a week or two. Toilet had some minor "leftovers" from previous guests
