Liked: Literally nothing. I would guess this place gets a lot of bad reviews.
Disliked: Reception staffDespite a dead location $25 for parking which was probably hidden in the fine printLiftOutdoor areas totally unshelteredRoom in generalBeds were 3/4 single and very uncomfortableIroning board had a hole in itNo facilities at all ie even not enough coat hangersBathroom was made of plastic and belonged in a caravanBreakfast was another $25 and there was virtually nothing, everyone was complaining half way through service they even had no plates.20 people sharing a 1 litre kettle as the hot water urn had the tap snapped off, looks like it snapped off 10 years ago.Someone has actually put a sign on the wall in the dining room saying the place is disintegrating and either no one has noticed or no one has removed it.Also very noisy from other rooms

Stay Good Avoid Buffet Breakfast

Liked: Good location walking distance to city centre & cheap price for 1 night stayReception lady on arrival very pleasant
Disliked: Buffet breakfast disappointing low selection, no knife's & forks, we had to ask 3 times for hot water for coffee, very slow service, Breakfast not recommended go to McDonald's across the road

Liked: The location is greatas it is central to a shopping market that has Coles and Woolworths etc...and there are some really good restaurants within walking distance
Disliked: The room is old and needs refurbishing and the bathroom is a cubicle that was added into the room which you step up into,There is no daily room cleaning or sheet changing....A very small mini fridge and a small TVYou have to pay for parking which was not disclosed on Booking ,com or any communication from IBIS until you check in.....very misleading it is a $10 per day charge and crazy as it sounds a open car park in front of it....free

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the hotel location was central to our requirements.

Liked: The location was convenient. Thats it.
Disliked: Room was basic. Small room for a bed to sleep. Strange modular shower that seems to be an afterthought. Breakfast is also basic, toast and instant coffee. Cleaning could improve the overall feel of the experience and what you pay for.
