Liked: The receptionist was particularly helpful in telling us about sites to visit in Nantes as we only had an afternoon and evening there. Also helpful in explaining where the bus stop was for the airport shuttle in the morning.
Disliked: Nothing in particular.

In nice location and beds...

Liked: Bed was comfortable room was ok for price paid
Disliked: No water in room AC was not very efficient had to also use the fan.Would like to if had tea making facilitiesNantes was quite difficult to navigate

Disliked: Nothing vegan for breakfast

Liked: Very clean, well equipped room and kitchenette. Very comfy bed and nice size bathroom. Very friendly, helpful reception staff.Close to the centre of Nantes and local transport.Wonderful bakery opposite the aparthotel.

Passable

Liked: We booked only because it was close to the train station so that was the main advantage.
Disliked: Room wise: quite dusty. Shower doesn't drain well. But it's accessible to persons with wheelchair. The staff at the reception desk need some training. A few groups arrived at the same time and he could find any reservation fast and check the right payment status. I first tried to pay the local tax at arrival but after trying to set the payment for two minutes they told me to do it the next morning. They morning when I checked with them (same staff!) they told me it was already paid. I made sure to confirm and left. A few hours later a different staff call me and asked me for my credit card number on the phone. :(
