Liked: Location. Sbahn and Ubahn just feet away. Esso gas station open all night for snacks etc

I enjoyed my stay.

Liked: nice property great location for my stay. good breakfast value. very nice and friendly staff at the front desk. good amount of staff at breakfast to replenish and keep up with cleaning.
Disliked: some more english news channels would be great.

Functional, modern and comfortable.

Liked: A modern well equipped hotel.
Disliked: Their system failed to show my online check in and my pre-payment.I was asked to check in again and for payment, I had to show evidence of my payment. The receptionist saying 'show me evidence'. The receptionist was a little less than polite about the hotel system's failures.

Excelent

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very good and also was the breakfast. It's also very well located with good connections with public transportation.
Disliked: The only thing thing I didn't like was the elevator.Once its doors start to close, it's almost impossible to get them opened again
