Was everything I hoped it...

Liked: Everything! Rooms were as expected from previous visits. Breakfasts were very good too. Staff on duty at time of breakfast were attentive and ensured that all items were refilled when running low.
Disliked: Nothing!

An ibis, like everywhere else,...

Liked: It’s an ibis, so you’ll always have the good standard of quality.
Disliked: The staff were a bit “unengaged”. Also i think it was a bit understaffed.

Liked: staff are very helpful. recommended upon request very nice garden restaurant nearby. communal space very friendly for morning arrival and late departure.
Disliked: room smaller than expected

Liked: Location is relatively close to the city center on foot, even closer by tram. Rooms were clean and fitted with an AC.
Disliked: Unfriendly stuff - it's the first time I was talking to a receptionist's back and bartender's bacon for several minutes. Rooms are empty - no glasses, coffee machine, kettle etc.

Very good value for money...

Liked: + great location, tram stop very close to the hotel, you can get to the city center in 15-20 minutes+ very good value for money+ no problems with parking the car+ comfortable rooms given the price
Disliked: - nothing important, maybe breakfast could be better

Avoid.

Liked: Nothing. Never stay here.
Disliked: We booked a baby bed with our reservation, which was made 2 months in advance of our stay.Upon arrival we were told there was no baby bed available and we just had to deal with it. Out kid is 9months old and wont sleep in the same bed as us, we were given no help. We found another hotel for the night but Ibis refused to give us our money back.
