Disliked: Paid on line using Booking.comFor the first time ever had to pay the full cost upon checking out as the amt paid and taken by Booking.com didn’t actually get taken by the hotel. The hotel makes a second payment telling me the amt paid on line in advance will be refunded the following day. Strange. First time for this experience. Booked hotel rooms on line for years, this hadn’t happened previously.The food in the hotel restaurant was inedible. I didn’t eat it. I’ve stayed here several times before, similar experience. Hoped it had improved. Not the case. Actually found the dinner worse than last year and in my previous stays here. Will make sure to eat elsewhere next time.

Good location, no free parking

Liked: It is near old town tourist spots are nearby, there is grocery market on ground floor
Disliked: The hotel doesn't have free parking, I specifically booked this by filtering the hotels that provide parking. Hotel entry is not easy to find from the as the lobby is on -1 and there is a small entrance near Carrefour for which you have to walk around for some time to identify
