Liked: Good location for Milano Centrale Station and sight seeing. We stayed in a triple family room which was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was busy but plenty of choice of food for all. I'd stay here again if I revisited.

Disliked: Terrace outside can get loud at night if your room is close by.

Liked: Amazing location, close to metro stations and other public transport options. Facilities were good, clean and well kept. Staff was sweet and kind, helpful. Breakfast had a good variety.
Disliked: Slow reception. As we were during holiday season, the hotel was packed. Reception was always full and waiting time was over 30 minutes. Bufet / bar area - from food perspective, majority of offering was not available despite promoted as 24/7 availability.
