Great location, but the facilities...

Liked: Location was perfect. The staff was really lovely.
Disliked: The breakfast was incomplete and some items were in bad quality, the coffee was terrible and the options were limited. The AC didn’t work under 23 o’clock. Noisy rooms. Sheets with holes.

Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable it was like a bed base with a very thin mattress topper on it. The pillows must get washed instead of having pillow protectors and washing them so pillows are so lumpy and small. They are very slow to replenish breakfast items and staff come around with a QR code for trip advisor and get you to rate the hotel and them, they stand with you while you do it, hence all the 5* reviews. I know I was in Mexico and they speak Spanish but the web said they have English speaking staff, we did not find this at reception, very hard to communicate and nearly everything done through Google translate. Most of the staff gave the impression they didn't want to be there. Most of the breakfast staff were very helpful. I think this hotel is more like a hostel.Location was fantastic we could walk everywhere. Overall probably would not stay there again.
