Decent hotel with friendly and...

Liked: The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location is brilliant for exploring CDMX for the first time.
Disliked: The walls were so thin that I could hear other guests as though they were in the room with me. I genuinely got up in the very early morning to check someone had not entered my room - that’s how much the noise travels. There was also some sort of drilling around 5am which was not blocked out at all.

Liked: I recommend adding breakfast to your stay. Good value and selection. This was my first time to Mexico City and this location was conveniently located so that we could easily get to our guided tours. We stayed in Coyoacan and Roma Norte and this Alameda Ibis was so much more quiet!! This also was the only Hotel that had air conditioning! The filtered cool and hot water machines in the lobby were so nice too. Its tiring to always go to the store to buy filtered water. Thank you!
