Exceptional

Liked: Great comfy beds, clean room. Wi liked the Nespresso machine. We arrived very late at night aftet having had issues with an electric car rental. We told the manger abd he gave us free free pint of lager.
Disliked: Nothing!

Good

Liked: Good parking. Close to motorway if passing through the area. Clean, easy accommodation.
Disliked: Would have been good to have a kettle. The gym wasn’t in use.

Amazing hotel if you are...

Liked: As we travelled with a trailer the fact that it has a gigantic secure carpark was a must. The location was convenient, Rudi on reception spoke good English. We ate in the restaurant and the food was amazing as well.I can't comment on the aircon as it was a cool day. It was very quiet as well. We decided to use Ibis as we had good experience elsewhere before. We only stayed for a night with an early start so we haven't had breakfast.
Disliked: No tea or coffee making possibilities in the room and no bin liners (but this is just to put something in here as well). Hard to think as it was overall a great experience.

Accept this is a budget...

Liked: Rooms were basic but clean.
Disliked: Room 1 - only had 3 pillows for 2 people.Room 2 - the internal door lock was broken so a replacement room was needed. At check out the receptionist tried to charge again for the replacement room. Too noisy by main road to have windows open for fresh air at night. Beds quite firm and not particularly comfortable.
