Liked: Location was close to cbd
Disliked: We checked in on a Saturday, stayed the night, headed out for a full day of exploring Melbourne…. We were looking forward to a shower and to relax before heading out to dinner…. We returned to find our room had not been made up, bed unmade and no clean towels. I spoke with reception who advised that housekeeping didn’t work on a Sunday….. ok, but how was I to know this!!!! We were not informed at check in ….. disappointing
