Blown away by the cleanliness,...

Liked: All I needed was a bed for the night so I didn’t have to drive home in the dark, but I got so much more from Essence Hotel. The staff were helpful and kind when I arrived at 10:30pm, there was undercover parking, the room was extremely clean and quiet and had everything I needed, the bed was really comfortable and the price was great. I’ll definitely stay there again!
Disliked: I couldn’t find the tv remote and was too embarrassed to ask the reception staff!

Liked: Very clean room with good facilities. Good location.
Disliked: Had trouble figuring out how to operate the tv. Would be good if there was an information sheet on the desk. Had trouble sleeping as there were some loud guests in the hallways between 2:00am-3:30am talking loudly and knocking on doors.
