Terrible stay

Disliked: I was covered in bed bug bites from my first night at this hotel on the 7th floor and the room they moved me to the next morning upon inspection had a bed bug issue also- evidenced when i pulled back the urine stained mattress pad. I sent photos and details to the manager after speaking with the friendly staff- and after 2 nights of no sleep and massive discomfort and expense my room was not compensated. I was in contact with the manager/director who assured me they would do an inspection to see if they had bed bugs (my welted back was pretty good proof along with the actual bed bug I found). After many messages to them I never received a response. Avoid this hotel.

Liked: The location, parking, staff, coffee machine.
Disliked: The common areas are not very clean.

Liked: Very friendly staff, good location within walking distance of the harbour and supermarkets. A Garage (paid) but no worries about leaving your car on the road.
Disliked: Construction work in front so had to drive around (with traffic 20+min). Even though I called noone told me beforehand.

Disliked: No parking, room and restroom were not clean. The dishes and cups seem to be either dirty or very old, so that they look dirty. I drunk coffee from paper cups. Breakfast was awful, very poor, the hotel owners are really greedy
