Excellent location, very good hotel.

Liked: The hotel is so closed to the train station. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The food portion at the restaurant was very good. Generally speaking, we had a good time and I recommend this hotel especially for a short time.
Disliked: The room is a little bit small but it is ok for a short time.

No key but comfy beds

Liked: Clean and cold room. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: I did not get a key to my room and there was no compensation for the fact I had to be helped in and out of my room by staff that was mostly busy.

Liked: The location is very good ascot it is close to train and metro station.
Disliked: The room facilities are a bit too simple.
