We had a one night...

Liked: The location was perfect, easy access to the bus transfer to airport. The room was very good, everything was as we expected. The breakfast was sufficient. Check in was well taken care of by the young man, he was friendly and efficient.
Disliked: No problems for us. We got what we expected.

Marseille overnight

Liked: This was a one-night stay, I arrived late and had to leave early for the next train. Therefore I did not appreciate a decent light's sleep - no fault of the hotel though. I did manage breakfast which was very good. Location perfect - right next to Gare St. Charles.
Disliked: nothing - all ok

The worst experience I had...

Liked: I didn't like anything. It was the worse establishment I ever contacted for logging anywhere in the world. I have travelled to 79 countries and this is the most horrible treatment I ever received.
Disliked: The Establishment is dishonest with the clients, expensive and their behavior is meant to induce you in error and take your money without providing any service with leonine clauses. I feel abused.

Liked: The location is good, the view from the window is beautiful
Disliked: In the room for 3 people there are only two sockets and they are far from beds!It’s ridiculous, especially if you're planning a trip early in the morning.

Liked: - It's right next to the train station- Hotel restaurant was open at night and we were able to have a bite to eat- Breakfast was OK
Disliked: - Price could be better- Rooms are small

Liked: Convenient for the Gare de Saint Charles
Disliked: Only one pillow each and no hand towels ,only bath towels.

Liked: Good value, clean, comfortable room with basic facilities & conveniently located beside the main train station
Disliked: Late arrival meant bar & food service was closed

Disliked: Very tiny bathroom, tiny bedroom, super loud.

Pleasant

Liked: The location is next to the hotelstation and can be easily reached by bus from the airport and staff are very helpful.
Disliked: The room is small for a standard double room, especially the bathroom. Also did not have certain amenities that hotels have nowadays for example charger next to the bed. Also everyday we had to ask for extra towels including a bathmat since no small towels were being left in the room.
