Disliked: The pool was dirty , it needed a bit of a clean up outside the property and pool area ?No fridge , kettle , Air conditioning was a bit strange , couldn’t adjust it ourselves .The property had control

Liked: Bed was very confortable. The room very clean and spacious. There is also a swimming that I did not use. Terrace for breakfast was really nice. Breakfast quality was ok.
Disliked: There could be (more) fresh fruits at breakfast. And better coffee.

Disliked: I was shocked when I saw there was no refrigerator in my room!

Disliked: My friends paid less but received a complimentary tea and coffee tray. They received more pillows. No proper response was provided for inconsistencies with room items for the same room configuration with pricing. Hoping for clarification and improvement for standardization or it becomes a discriminatory practice. Thank you for the opportunity to provide constructive feedback. Kindly.
