Liked: We arrived prior to check-in, which wasn't a problem. The receptionist was so helpful, friendly and accommodating.The room was larger than we expected, with good facilities. We asked for a quiet room, and we definitely got a good quiet room, which makes all the difference when you've had a busy day.Dropped off the key card on the way out. Again, staff was so friendly and took an interest in us and our stay.I would definitely stay here again, superb value for money within the area where we needed to be! Disliked: The room looked tired and needed updating (peeling paint and old furnishings). The bathroom was a wet room that became completely flooded after having a shower.
