Ask to stay on the...
Liked: Well located for Manchester Punk Festival. Good facilities within the room – hair dryer, for example. Great shower. Comfortable, big bed. Quite spacious.
Disliked: Room was facing the street and it was really quite noisy. It sounded like the window was always open when it wasn't. Would suggest packing earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

Nice
Liked: We enjoyed our stay and it was a nice room, clean and bed was comfy, nice decor and facilities for the price we paid. Reception staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming. Cleaners were lovely and very accommodating. We were visiting to go and see Burna Boy at Co Op live and it wasn’t far in taxi and around a 40 minute walk back to the hotel, which was fine by us. I requested Prosecco on arrival as we were celebrating my partners birthday and they left him a birthday card which was cute, Nice little touch.

Quiet room in convenient location...
Liked: Great location. It's a walking distance to attractions in the city centre, plus a lot of convenience stores, supermakets, cafes and restaurants. The room was extremely quiet once the window was closed, we couldn't hear any noise outside. Comfortable and clean enough.
Disliked: no issues
